**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration.
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
Ensure the Scrum team adheres to Scrum values and principles.
Build a collaborative and trusting environment within the team.
Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions.
Foster continuous improvement within the team.
Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear product vision.
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve organizational agility.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to facilitate and lead group discussions.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to build relationships and trust with team members.
Experience with Agile project management tools (ADO, Jira etc.)
Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) preferred.
