We are currently in search of a **remote Scrum Master **to join our team.
- responsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and effectively communicate the product vision and strategy to the team and stakeholders
-Lead the product development process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and meeting customer needs
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time product delivery while maintaining a focus on quality
-Facilitate the use of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework methodologies, ensuring that team processes adhere to industry best practices
-Act as the Scrum Master, leading daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives
-Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders
-Monitor and report on key product metrics to ensure that the product is meeting business goals
-Manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and prioritized according to business requirements
-Ensure the team is working effectively and efficiently, proactively removing any obstacles that impede productivity
-Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering their growth and professional development
- requirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
-Minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong background in software development
-At least 3 years of experience in product management or delivery management
-Previous experience in a leadership role within product development, managing teams of 20+ developers
-Certification in Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE)
-Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Scaled Agile Framework, and Scrum Master principles
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
-Advanced proficiency in the English language (Upper-Intermediate level or above)
- nice to haveCertification in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Cloud technologies would be considered advantageous
