**3-5 years of experience as Certified Scrum master in Agile teams. Overall experience of 10+ years in IT ADM projects.**
- **Help agile teams improve and algin to agile methodology. Train team on agile methodology, agile processes, build/review metrics and assess/guide team for improvement.**

**- Accountable for establishing the Values and Principles as defined in the Agile Manifesto - Coaches Teams on how to effectively manage and function autonomously while ensuring quality through a shared Definition of Done.**
- **Participate in team agile process like standup, grooming, etc. Organizing and expressing the backlog for technical and non-technical audiences**:

- **Accountable for the effectiveness of the Teams through the removal of Impediments. Leads Teams and Organizations through uncertainty by creating environments that cultivate continuous feedback and Retrospection**:

- **Conduct bi-weekly sprint review with leadership and monthly summary of team progress**:

- **Ensures stakeholder involvement is facilitated and that stakeholders are updated as needed**:

- **Excellent Communication skills and a history of consistent positive interactions with Stakeholders**

**Responsibilities**:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents, including product backlog, sprint backlog, and sprint reviews.- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the participation and engagement of the team members.- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and allocate them accordingly.- Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and report on the status and performance to the management and stakeholders.- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.- Coordinate and collaborate with other project managers and Scrum masters to ensure the consistency and quality of the project delivery across the organization.- Evaluate and assess the results and outcomes of the projects and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.***

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) are highly desirable.- Proven experience as an IT project manager and Scrum master in complex software development projects, preferably in cloud-based and Office 365 solutions.- Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodology and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.- Proficiency in project management software tools, such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, etc., and Agile software development tools, such as Jenkins, Selenium, etc.- Experience with performance, load, security, and compatibility testing tools and techniques, and scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python, etc.- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.**Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices in regulated environments is a plus.
