We are currently looking for a **Scrum Master **to join our team in Pune.

We are seeking experience Srum Master with 3+ years as a practicing Scrum Master with good problem-solving skills, who can influence and work through impediments. You are expected to understand how to effectively partner/ collaborate with key stakeholders to mature the acceptance of accelerated delivery. Demonstrate reasonable level of technical and business understanding to optimize credibility with teams and managers. Strong leadership skills to drive and create enthusiasm within the Stakeholders and the team is must.

**Responsibilities of the Scrum Master**
- Facilitates and is accountable for owning the Scrum Agile ceremonies for the scrum team. Partners with Product owners to communicate delivery of work product from the scrum team.
- Proactively helps team remove impediments and escalate impediments that is outside of team’s purview and so making sure team in on track through the sprint to achieve the target
- Facilitate, coach, mentor team members to follow all the agile best practices and create an ideal Agile environment.
- Uses data to help the team optimize scrum team velocity and identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance.
- Coaches scrum team(s) to deliver capabilities using agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met
- Partners with Product Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which may include stories from multiple projects. Completion of some work may depend on nonagile work teams.
- Drives Scrum adoption across all levels in the organization

**Skills and Qualifications**
- BE/MS/MTech from reputed Universities with excellent academic record
- At least 10 up to 15 years of relevant work experience
- Having a background of software development will be a plus

**Additional Requirements**
- Min. 5+ years of working as a scum-master in medium to large scale organizations on SAAS platform working with distributed teams
- Upto 10 years of experience of working in software development industry
- Excellent understanding of AGILE methodologies, architecture, design patterns, and standard software development concepts methodologies with an eye towards scale, automation, resiliency, and high availability
- Consistent ability to drive all the Agile ceremonies for Scrum and Scrum of Scrums
- Hands-on experience in developing Cloud solutions will be an added plus
- A process fanatic
- Good understanding of architectural principles applied for SaaS and multi-tenant platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, collaboration and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with JIRA
