**Scrum Master**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams working on SFCC (B2C) implementations, enhancements, and support.
- Remove roadblocks and impediments to ensure team velocity and productivity.
- Ensure the SFCC delivery team adheres to Agile principles and practices.
- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.
- Track team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
- Help foster a culture of continuous improvement within the SFCC delivery team.
- Drive communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Identify project risks and dependencies and propose mitigation plans.Coach team members and stakeholders in Agile best practices.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 2 years on **SFCC projects**.
- Solid understanding of **Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C)**project lifecycle and delivery practices.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to handle multiple SFCC teams or projects simultaneously.
