Work Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and execute all tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
- Communicate management instructions clearly to the concerned departments and employees.
- Understand task priorities, timelines, and instructions and ensure proper execution.
- Follow up regularly on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Immediately report any delays, issues, or obstacles to the Management.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly task status and progress reports as required.
- Coordinate with different departments such as Production, HR, Stores, Maintenance, etc.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of assigned tasks and their status.
- Ensure confirmation and reporting after completion of assigned work.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and discipline while executing tasks.
- Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by the Management in the interest of the organization.
**Required Skills**:
- Good communication & coordination skills by English & Hindi
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Follow-up & reporting skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge Google sheets.
**Qualification**
- Minimum: 12th Pass/Graduate (preferred)
