**Job Summary**

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient dispatch of goods from the warehouse to customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shipping Document Preparation**: Prepare accurate and complete shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
- **Carrier Coordination**: Coordinate with transportation carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipments.
- **Shipment Tracking**: Monitor shipments from dispatch to delivery, resolving any issues or delays promptly.
- **Customer Communication**: Communicate with customers regarding shipment status, address changes, and any other relevant information.
- **Inventory Management**: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify and resolve shipping-related issues, such as damaged goods or delivery delays.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate shipping records and data in the company's logistics system.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
