**Promotions Management**:
1. Responsible to craft a marketing calender based on the data for the entire month.- 2. Strategically plan, execute, and closely monitor promotional campaigns across an array of marketing channels (internal and external).- 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling promotional content and devise strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving sales.**Front-End Operations**:
1. Actively participate in the day-to-day management of front-end operations, ensuring that customers enjoy a seamless, user-friendly shopping experience.- 2. Identify and resolve operational issues, demonstrating a commitment to preserving customer satisfaction.**Website Flow Management**:
1. Assume responsibility for overseeing automated website flows and processes, diligently identifying areas for enhancement and optimization.- 2. Maintain a close working relationship with the IT team to guarantee a smooth, error-free user journey on our website.**Retention Marketing**:
1. Innovate and implement retention marketing strategies designed to bolster customer loyalty and foster repeat business.- 2. Harness the power of customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for refining the customer experience and elevating retention efforts.**Reporting and Analysis**:
1. Generate comprehensive reports detailing the performance of marketing promotions and front-end operations, offering valuable insights and actionable recommendations.- 2. Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and meticulously track progress toward predefined objectives.**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or a similar role, highlighting your capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A profound understanding of core marketing principles, encompassing promotions, customer segmentation, and retention strategies.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, coupled with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data, shaping informed decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM software.
- Basic to advanced understanding of Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
