**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize our brand's e-commerce website, ensuring it is always up-to-date with the latest product information, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging digital content that resonates with our target audience and drives sales.
- Manage the brand's presence on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and others, ensuring all listings are optimized for maximum visibility and sales.
- Analyze and report on website and marketplace performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and e-commerce, and implement best practices across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in computers is preferred.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing and optimizing website content, including product pages, landing pages, and blog posts.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and e-commerce.
