**Role Overview**:
We are seeking passionate Marketing Executives to bolster our presence across Kerala. As a Marketing Executive at Welota, you'll be a pivotal part of our growth strategy, responsible for expanding our user base and promoting our range of services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in various regions of Kerala.
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Organize and oversee marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various channels.
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to optimize future strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing roles, preferably within the service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within Kerala and work flexible hours.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (CRM tools, analytics).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Contract length: 1-2 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
