Export Sales Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate export sales activities and manage the end-to-end export process, including order processing, documentation, and shipping logistics.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers, distributors, and agents, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure on-time delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise during the export process.
- Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, customs declarations, and certificates of origin, to comply with international regulations and standards.
- Monitor and track export sales performance, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Stay abreast of international trade regulations, trade agreements, and customs requirements to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export sales coordination or a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of international sales processes, export regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with international trade agreements, import/export compliance, and Incoterms.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
