- Goregaon East (5 min walk from Ram Mandir station)

**JD -**
- Sending Quotations, Proforma Invoices, maintaining records of the of the inquiry / Quote etc
- Handling the customer query.
- Acknowledging orders received through sales order confirmation, getting Proforma Invoice from accounts team and sharing to clients, once payment received need to process the order into production.
- Constant follow up for regular monitoring Design, Logistics as well as Commercial terms with the clients and internal departments and give the updates accordingly to the clients.
- Coordinating with customers for pre‐ and post‐dispatch formalities, Coordination with Factory,
- Follow up for Payment, getting feedback from them Sending Dispatch details once the product is dispatched to Customers.

In a nutshell, the person will be a single point of contact between all the departments & the client aborad from order to delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- working in export company: 2 years (required)
