**Job Summary**:
The Export Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and facilitating the international sales process for a manufacturing company. This role ensures the smooth flow of export orders from receipt through to delivery, coordinates with internal teams, and manages customer relationships across global markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and process export orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, shipping forms, and customs paperwork.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipping and delivery processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to meet export demand.
- Track and report on shipment status, resolving any delays or issues promptly.
- Maintain communication with international customers, providing updates on order status and addressing inquiries.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, contracts, and customer proposals.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, tariffs, and company policies.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records of transactions and correspondence.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in export sales or coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of export documentation, logistics, and shipping procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP or export management software.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
