Are you a dynamic and strategic sales professional with a passion for driving business growth? We are looking for an experienced **Sales & Marketing Leader** to join our team and take our brand to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Strategy & Growth**: Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer base.
- **Sales Leadership**: Drive sales performance across regions, set targets, and manage the sales team.
- **Customer & Channel Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, dealers, and channel partners.
- **Team Building & Development**: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- **Digital & Brand Management**: Oversee digital marketing efforts, SEO, social media, and brand positioning.
- **Business Development & Analytics**: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to enhance revenue.
- **Exhibitions & Networking**: Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions to boost brand awareness.

**What We Expect**:

- **Education**: Engineering Graduate (Technical preferred) + MBA (Sales & Marketing)
- **Experience**: Minimum 9+ years in the **Crane Control/Industrial Sector (preferred)**:

- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of crane parts, MS Office, CRM, ERP, and data analytics
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
