**Position Overview**:
The Educational Coordinator will act as the primary link between parents, teachers, and students to facilitate communication, organize coaching sessions, and ensure alignment on academic goals. This role requires exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to manage schedules, resolve conflicts, and maintain records.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Serve as the liaison between parents, teachers, and students to discuss progress, concerns, and goals.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, or workshops to align stakeholders.
- **Scheduling & Logistics**:

- Plan, manage, and optimize schedules for coaching sessions, tutoring, or extracurricular activities.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely reminders for upcoming sessions.
- Coordinate resources (e.g., rooms, materials, virtual platforms) for sessions.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and feedback.
- Prepare reports and summaries for school leadership or parents.
- Use tools like Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track activities.
- **Conflict Resolution & Support**:

- Address concerns from parents/teachers regarding scheduling or communication gaps.
- Propose solutions to improve engagement and efficiency.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in educational coordination, administration, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly, Google Workspace) and CRM/LMS platforms.
- Strong organizational, verbal/written communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in a school, tutoring center, or educational nonprofit.
- Knowledge of child development or counseling techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
