**Job Title**: Inbound Call Centre Agent

**Position Overview**:
As an Inbound Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and assistance. This role requires effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Engagement**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
- Provide accurate and timely information to meet customer needs.

2. **Problem Resolution**:

- Listen actively to customer concerns and address issues promptly.
- Utilize resources and knowledge to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

3. **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Provide guidance on product usage and troubleshooting.

4. **Documentation**:

- Accurately record and maintain customer information in the database.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

5. **Adherence to Policies**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines for effective communication.

6. **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on company processes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.

**Salary**: ₹11,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
