**Job Title**: Business Development Executive - International (IT Sales)
**Experience**: 3 to 4 Years
**Location**: Remote
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle end-to-end sales cycles, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations.
- Manage and guide junior sales team members when needed.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
**Key Skills Required**:
- **3-4 years of experience in international IT sales** or business development.
- Strong understanding of **IT services, software development, or digital solutions**.
- Experience in **client handling and team coordination**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
