**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with a background in MBA (Marketing/Sales) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers who have hands-on experience through internships and are passionate about sales in the IT sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and engage with inbound leads provided by the company.
- Conduct cold calls to prospective domestic clients to generate interest in our IT services.
- Convert leads into successful business deals through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and regularly update CRM systems.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- MBA in Marketing or Sales.
- Mandatory internship experience in Sales/Marketing (Min 3 months).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for sales and business growth in the IT industry.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
