**Job Title**: Executive - TBR Manufacturing
**Location**: Chennai Office
**Reports to (Position)**:
**Department/Function**: TBR Manufacturing

**Purpose of the Job**: Responsible for to achieve the key Production objectives through innovative manufacturing practices and process.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- To lead shift operation of production process
- To coordinate the materials and manpower in the shift operations and to achieve the targets
- To achieve the objectives of Business Unit through innovative production methods
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements.
- Deploy modern manufacturing practices/ tools to achieve throughput efficiency and optimum productivity
- Maintain Machine health in show room condition by deploying high standards of Plant maintenance
- Deploy Quality management tools for problem solving and ensure high process capability
- Show strong team leadership and ensure professional transaction with peers and SMT members
- To train new TMTs in respective BU
- Ensure all relevant documents like PIBS/SAP/MII are complete as per the procedure.
- Ensure discipline in the shop floor & plant.

**Knowledge (Technical / Functional).**
- TPM / TQM knowledge
- Lean manufacturing methods
- 5S systems
- Knowledge in Tyre Manufacturing
- Technical knowledge of operation of machine in the BU
- Knowledge on Production Planning
- Knowledge on PIBS/MII/SAP
- Knowledge in safety requirements across processes
- Knowledge on customer requirements (internal/external)
