Job Title Junior Engineer - Manufacturing Quality Location Factory Address Wattpower Systems Pvt ltd Plot No K-24 Sipcot Industrial Park Mambakkam Sriperumbudar Taluk Dist - Kancheepuram State Name Tamil Nadu - 602105 About Us WattPower is a fast-growing innovator in clean tech and sustainable energy solutions committed to delivering high-quality reliable products that power a greener future As we expand our operations and scale production capabilities we are seeking talented professionals who can combine technical expertise with operational excellence Our mission is to drive impactful changes through cutting-edge engineering and efficient manufacturing processes and we re looking for people who share that vision Key Responsibilities Monitor and oversee day-to-day manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards Establish and implement quality culture activities across the manufacturing floor Maintain and regularly update the skills and competence matrix for operational staff Prepare and manage quality control documentation ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements Coordinate and manage the training and qualification programs for production and quality teams Track and control engineering and process changes ensuring proper documentation and implementation Conduct internal process audits to identify gaps and drive corrective actions Manage the defect material handling process including root cause analysis and CAPA Corrective and Preventive Action implementation Collaborate with senior management in addressing customer complaints and preparing 8D reports Prepare organize and publish weekly monthly quality performance reports Manage annual training plans and ensure execution as per the training calendar Requirements B Tech B E - EEE Electrical and Electronics Engineering ECE Electronics and Communication Engineering Instrumentation 0-3 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Quality Tools - 7 QC Tools 8D Methodology Why-Why Analysis Proficient in Microsoft Office tools - Excel Data analysis reporting PowerPoint Presentation preparation Word Documentation and report writing
