- **Differentiated Instruction**: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students in your classroom. Provide support for students who may require additional assistance and challenge for those who need extension activities.
- **Collaboration and Professional Development**: Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive learning community. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice and stay updated on best practices in education.
- **Promoting International Mindedness**: Foster an appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and languages among your students. Integrate international-mindedness into your teaching to promote global awareness and understanding.
- **Lifelong Learning Skills**: Teach and model essential skills such as communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. Help students develop the attributes of the IB Learner Profile, such as being principled, caring, and reflective.
- **Documentation and Reflection**: Keep records of student progress, assessments, and reflections on teaching and learning. Use documentation as a tool for reflection and improvement in your practice.
- **Community Engagement**: Engage with the wider school community through activities such as parent-teacher conferences, school events, and outreach initiatives. Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers to support student learning and well-being.
- **Adhering to IB Standards and Practices**: Ensure that your teaching practice aligns with the IB Standards and Practices, including the IB mission statement, learner profile, and approaches to teaching and learning.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
