**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning & Instruction**:

- Develop and implement **inquiry-based** lesson plans in alignment with **IB PYP frameworks**.
- Teach reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills using interactive and student-centered methods.
- **Student-Centered Learning & Assessment**:

- Foster an environment that encourages **critical thinking, creativity, and independent learning**.
- Utilize **formative and summative assessments** to track student progress and tailor instruction.
- Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- **Classroom & Behavior Management**:

- Create a **positive, inclusive, and safe** learning environment.
- Encourage **collaboration, inquiry, and communication** among students.
- Promote the **IB Learner Profile attributes**, such as being inquirers, communicators, and risk-takers.
- **Collaboration & Professional Development**:

- Work closely with other **PYP teachers, coordinators, and administrators** to ensure curriculum alignment.
- Participate in **professional development sessions** related to IB methodologies and best teaching practices.
- Contribute to school events, workshops, and parent-teacher meetings.
- **Parental Communication & Engagement**:

- Maintain **regular communication with parents** regarding student progress and learning strategies.
- Provide feedback through **conferences, reports, and informal meetings**.
- Encourage **parental involvement** in literacy and school activities.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Use **educational technology** and digital tools to enhance English language learning.
- Incorporate **multimedia resources, online platforms, and project-based learning** into the curriculum.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
