**Responsibilities**:

- **Differentiated Instruction**: Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs, interests, and abilities of students, and provide opportunities for student agency, voice, and choice in their learning.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Use a variety of formative and summative assessment strategies to assess student learning and progress, provide timely and constructive feedback to students, and use assessment data to inform instructional planning and decision-making.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, including other PYP teachers, specialists, and coordinators, to plan and implement a cohesive and integrated curriculum, and participate in collaborative planning and reflection meetings.
- **Parent Communication**: Establish and maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians, including regular updates, conferences, and workshops to support parental involvement in their child's education and understanding of the PYP programme.
- **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to deepen understanding of the PYP philosophy and pedagogy, enhance teaching practices, and stay updated on current trends and best practices in international education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Teaching certification/license (state/province-specific requirements may apply).
- Certification or training in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP) preferred.
- Proven experience teaching in a PYP or inquiry-based educational setting, with a strong understanding of the PYP philosophy, curriculum framework, and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents/guardians.
- Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability, with a passion for inquiry-based teaching and learning and a commitment to student-centered education.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment that values diversity, equity, and intercultural understanding.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
