**ABkps Outsourcing Pvt Ltd** FRONTDESK AND SUPPORT **Job Title : FRONT DESK AGENT For U.S. Based Hotels (Onsite Position)** **-->Job Duties and Responsibilities** - check in/check out. - Coordinating with the ground staff of the Hotel. - Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner - Clearly determine the purpose of the call. Efficiently manage multiple phone calls. - Deal with queries and provide correct information - Take reservations - Handle modifications or cancellations of existing reservations - Handle and resolve guest complaints - Be able to answer any questions relevant to a guest's reservation, hotel amenities, driving directions, area information, billing questions, etc. - Take and deliver messages accurately and completely. **-->Qualifications** - High school diploma - knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures - knowledge of customer service principles and practices - Be able to work overnight **Skills** - Strong Verbal and Written communication skills (English) - Attentive listener - Professional personal presentation - Customer service oriented - Organized - Stress tolerance - Show Initiative - Problem solver **Available shifts: (7:30AM -3:30PM, 3:30PM - 11:30PM & 11:30PM - 7:30AM)** **(6 days working a week, rotational week off)** **Location : Surat** **Salary : 15,000-25,000** **Freshers are can apply.** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher **Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Morning shift - Night shift - Rotational shift Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay - Shift allowance **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (required)
