**About Us**: Intime Fire is a leading fire safety solutions provider, specializing in high-quality fire safety equipment and systems. We are committed to promoting our brand to various sectors and ensuring that fire safety standards are met across projects.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Female Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the Intime Fire brand by visiting potential clients, consultants, architects, and other key stakeholders to ensure the inclusion of our brand in their project material lists. You will also assist with office-based tasks such as preparing quotes, offers, and vendor registration processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit and engage with potential clients, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders to promote Intime Fire's products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure brand inclusion in upcoming projects.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and offers from the office.
- Assist with vendor registrations and other administrative tasks as required.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project coordination and execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or business development is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to visit clients and travel locally.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
