Job Title: Marketing Assistant to Marketing Manager & Café Owner

Location: Hybrid (3–4 days in office, 2–3 days work from home)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6–8 hours/day

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager and Café Owner in day-to-day marketing and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn on the job, with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing activities for the café and associated brands.
  • Manage Instagram content – creating and posting posts, reels, and stories.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams via calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Support with basic Excel work – tracking campaigns, customer lists, and reporting.
  • Use Canva to design marketing creatives, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Assist in the day-to-day tasks of the Marketing Manager and Café Owner.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and comfort with digital tools.
  • Familiarity with Instagram posting and trends (reels, stories, engagement hacks).
  • Working knowledge of Canva for design and content creation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and eager to learn on the job.
