Global Advertisers Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and talented Marketing Assistant to join our team at our Borivali West location. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in executing strategic initiatives and campaigns to promote our clients' brands effectively. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to contribute to the success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Support Marketing Campaigns**: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and outdoor advertising.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for growth. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on research findings.
- **Event Coordination**: Support the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure seamless execution of events.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their marketing objectives, provide updates on campaign progress, and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and production, to ensure alignment and coordination on marketing initiatives.
- **Brand Management**: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
