Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Support Marketing Plans: Assist the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns across various channels.
- PR Coordination: Help coordinate public relations activities, including press releases, media outreach, and event support.
- Branding and Creative Alignment: Ensure all marketing materials, including digital and print creatives, align with the brand guidelines and overall strategy.
- Content Creation: Contribute to the development of marketing content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports for the Marketing Manager.
- Event Support: Help organize and coordinate marketing events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
