**What’s the role?**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented marketing assistant to join our dynamic showroom office team in Mumbai. This is an onsite role; therefore, applicants should be able to travel to our office.

The marketing assistant will be required to work from our office in Laxmi Industrial Estate, Andheri (W), from Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with alternate Saturdays off. And will be reporting to our Director and Marketing Head.

**Role details**:

- **Marketing Support**:

- Conduct research on competitors, prospective channel partners, and influencers, and present findings in a clear and organized manner.
- Assist in follow-ups and maintain effective communication channels.
- Edit, clean, organize, and manage CRM data as per company guidelines.
- Research, reach out, negotiate, and close new vendors and sourcing projects.
- **Marketing Coordination**:

- Co-ordinate with the office team to follow up on latest productions and streamline product shoots with the marketing team.
- Co-ordinate with influencers to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Co-ordinate with the marketing and sales teams to arrange and schedule site shoots and help in maintaining the data in an orderly manner.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing director, including scheduling client meetings, managing calendars, and handling day-to-day research tasks.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in Gdrive, Gsheets, and Gslides for efficient data management and collaborative work.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of internet tools and resources.
