**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and entry-level roles (e.g., Shop Boy Helper, Salesman, Delivery Boy, Driver, cashiers, stock clerks, warehouse workers, forklift operators).
- Partner with store managers, warehouse supervisors, and HR teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (Indeed, job boards, social media, local agencies).
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and assist with onboarding paperwork.
- Ensure a smooth and fast hiring process to meet business demands.
- Track metrics and provide weekly updates on recruiting activity.
- Stay informed on labor market trends and develop local hiring strategies.
- Promote employer branding to attract and retain top talent.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in retail, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of blue-collar workforce needs and hiring practices.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience conducting job fairs or community hiring events.
- Strong network within the local labor market.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance in hourly recruitment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
