**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, screen, and onboard field staff such as promoters, merchandisers, and field sales personnel for retail and activation projects.
- Conduct field interviews and recruitment drives in designated zones.
- Coordinate with regional managers and project heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and share daily updates with reporting managers.

**Required Skills**:

- 1+ year of experience in field recruitment or blue/grey-collar hiring.
- Strong network in local field recruitment channels (agencies, referrals, local vendors).
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently on-ground.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Experience in hiring for FMCG, Alco-Bev, Pharma, or e-commerce field roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with geo-tagging, field tracking, or audit-based tools is an advantage.
