**Job Opening: Field HR Executive / Business Development (Manpower Services)**

**Location**: Pune (Field Work) **Experience**: 1-3 Years

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹20,000-₹30,000 (Negotiable based on experience and interview)

**Job Summary**:
We are hiring a **Field HR Executive / Business Development Executive** for our staffing firm that supplies skilled and unskilled manpower to manufacturing companies. This role involves visiting client sites, generating leads, building relationships with HR/Plant Heads, and onboarding new clients for manpower requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Visit manufacturing companies** across Pune and nearby industrial areas to introduce our staffing services
- Identify potential clients and **generate leads** for manpower outsourcing
- **Meet HR/Plant Heads/Production Managers** to understand their staffing needs
- Present company profile, services, and **propose manpower solutions** (contract staffing, third-party payroll, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements
- Maintain records of site visits, meetings, follow-ups, and closures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business
- Support in **client onboarding, documentation, and agreement formalities**:

- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and client acquisition

**Key Skills**:

- Strong **field work capability** and willingness to travel daily
- Good communication and **presentation skills**:

- Ability to convince and build trust with company HR/Managers
- Basic understanding of **manufacturing operations and manpower needs**:

- Proficiency in **lead generation, follow-up, and business development**:

- Basic knowledge of **staffing process, third-party payroll, and compliance** is a plus
- **Self-motivated** and result-oriented mindset

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate (Preferred: HR, Marketing, or Industrial Relations)
- 1-3 years of field sales, HR, or BD experience in **staffing or manpower** industry
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in HR/BD can apply
