Create, upload, and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Write/edit product descriptions, update images, and ensure accurate pricing.
- Monitor product visibility, SEO, and categorization for better discoverability.
- Track stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid stockouts/overstocking.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy.
- Resolve issues related to products, payments, or delivery.
- Maintain positive customer experiences to increase retention and reviews.
- Assist in running promotions, discounts, and campaigns on marketplaces.
- Monitor competitor pricing and suggest adjustments.
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Share insights to improve product performance and revenue.
- Liaise with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and platform updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
