**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Online Product Presentation:

- Create visually stunning product displays on our e-commerce website, ensuring that products are presented in an attractive and organized manner.
- Develop strategies to showcase product features, benefits, and key selling points through visuals.

2. Content Creation:

- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality images, videos, and other multimedia content that highlights products and brand identity.
- Write compelling product descriptions and captions that resonate with the target audience.

3. Site Navigation:

- Optimize the online store's navigation, category structure, and search functionality to enhance the user experience and improve product discoverability.
- Implement filters and sorting options to facilitate easy product search.

4. **Merchandising Strategy**:

- Develop and execute merchandising strategies, including seasonal promotions, cross-selling, and upselling, to increase average order value and customer engagement.

**5. Data Analysis**:

- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improving product placement and presentation.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about merchandising strategies.

**6. SEO Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize product listings for search engines, including keyword research and metadata optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field

(preferred).
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong creative and design skills, with proficiency in design software.
- Excellent understanding of online user behavior and e-commerce best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management system

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
