**Job Title: Catalog Management Associate**

**Location: Noida**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing Management**: Create, update, and maintain product listings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product descriptions, images, and specifications.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter product information into the catalog system, including pricing, descriptions, and attributes.
- **Catalog Maintenance**: Regularly review and update the catalog to reflect changes in inventory, product availability, and pricing.
- **Quality Assurance**: Perform quality checks on product listings to ensure compliance with company standards and correct any discrepancies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales) to gather and verify product information and ensure alignment with promotional strategies.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues related to product listings, including customer feedback and data discrepancies.
- **Reporting**: Assist in generating reports on catalog performance, including listing accuracy, product availability, and sales trends.

**Qualifications**
- Experience:

- 3 to 6 months of experience in catalog management, data entry, or a related field.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or certification in catalog management or related areas is a plus.
**- Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with catalog management software or databases.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
