**Job Summary**

Role - Steward
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service
- Maintain high standard of personal appearance
- Ensure all breakages and chipped items are taken out of circulation and inventoried
- Ensure all equipment is in working order and report any items in need of repair
- Follow Restaurant policies, procedures and service standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Greet guests and present them with the menu.
- Take guest orders & punch the order on the POS machine
- Communicate to the guest and provide assistance with their queries.
- Co - ordinate with the kitchen staff & other colleagues to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
- Other Duties assigned

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Should be at least 12th pass
- Should have good communication skills
- Should have at least 5 years of experience in the same field

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, New Delhi - 110003, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
