**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Indian Cuisine Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team. The CDP will play a crucial role in preparing and executing Indian dishes to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and culinary excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development to maintain creativity and variety in our offerings.
- Ensure food preparation and cooking areas are clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline production processes and optimize efficiency.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage, handling, and labeling of ingredients.
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation, following plating guidelines and portion control measures.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff to develop their culinary skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and mutual respect.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or similar role, specializing in Indian cuisine.
- Thorough knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, spices, and flavors.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized culinary institute is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
