**Preferred requirements:
1. B.Tech (Civil/ mechanical), specialization in Material Management
2. Knowledge in SAP (MM Module)
3. Experience in HDPE Pipe factory, water pipeline line project and construction company
4. Having knowledge in Online bidding sources
5. Knowledge on Domestic and export/import
6. Capex item procurement
7. It he the procurement knowledge knowledge of steel, cement, petroleum mat. etc of construction line

Mandatory requirements:
1. Should be very well convergent in vendor evaluation and selection process.
2. Should be able to procure capex item like equipment, machineries, plant etc. and knowledge in import.
3. Experience in HDPE pipe factory is mandatory(in procurement). He should have procurement experience in HDPE pipe plant, its raw material, spares, consumable, capex, etc.
4. He should have thorough knowledge on team lead, minimum stock, ABC analysis of suppliers, supplier rating, etc.
5. He should ensure timely release of purchase orders and deliver the goods at sites to meet project requirement.
6. He should have good negotiation skills with suppliers, union, association, etc.
8. He should ensure complete documentation process in procurement and prepare monthly reports and all statistics data for management review time to time.
9. He should ensure all the systems and procurement processes are in place as per SOP and the guidelines of the authorities.
10. He should have worked in companies based in Eastern region around Odisha.

Computer/Software skills required, if any:

- MS-Office (should be an expert in excel)
- SAP (preferrably in SAP-MM module)
