**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end IPO documentation and regulatory filings
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, and other statutory requirements
- Draft board resolutions, minutes, and legal correspondence
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and legal advisors
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filings with ROC
- Advise management on legal and compliance matters
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in IPO and legal compliance
- Strong understanding of corporate law, SEBI regulations, and listing requirements
- Experience in handling board meetings, shareholder communications, and legal audits
**Key Skills**:
- IPO documentation and regulatory liaison
- Legal drafting and compliance management
- Corporate governance and risk mitigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strategic thinking and stakeholder coordination
