_**Key Responsibilities**:_
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for real estate projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate records and databases of stakeholders and interactions
- Prepare and submit reports, documents, and correspondence to relevant authorities
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate regulations and procedures
- Assist in resolving issues related to land acquisition, zoning, and other regulatory matters
- **Requirements**:_
- 2-3 years of experience in liaising or a related field in Real Estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong understanding of real estate regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
