**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Problem Solving**: Identify customer issues and resolve them efficiently or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and solutions in the company database.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve service quality.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and uphold company standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Hindi speaking is must**:

- Mininum 1+ years experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism.
- A customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
