Qualification: B.E. Electronics / Computer science, MCA or full time 3 years Diploma holder in electronics / computer science discipline from a Govt. recognized institution.

Job:
Responsible for day to day operations and monitoring of data center on all days of

the week on 24x7 basis

a) For equipment provided under the scope - handle OS related issues, installation of OS

upgrades and patches, re-installing of OS if required, network OS support, monitoring storage

usage statistics, periodic system performance tuning, addition/ deletion/re-configuration of

associated devices.

b) Logging the incident & sharing the call logs

c) Resolve incident/ problem related to storage as per agreed SLA.

d) Track closure of logged calls for the respective site

e) Physical & Logical health checkup & report errors as applicable

f) Assistance in providing daily, weekly, monthly reports as applicable.

g) Carrying out SOP based activities

h) Data replication services.

i) Coordinate with various OEMs/ Bidders for resolution of any issue in coordination with ONGC.

j) Co-ordinate for link / network related issues with concerned service provider.

k) OS Administration and maintenance

l) Daily Backup Onsite & Offsite Management as per policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,785.84 - ₹50,042.62 per month
