**Job Title : Field Officer**
**Type of Job : Full Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a reliable and organised **field officer** to oversee housekeeping staff across multiple locations. This is an **on-site job** that requires fieldwork, including frequent visits to sites to ensure operations run smoothly. The supervisor will manage staff attendance, arrange replacements for absentees, and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and manage daily staff attendance for housekeeping and valet teams.
- Ensure all sites are fully staffed and arrange immediate replacements for absentees.
- Visit sites regularly to oversee operations and address any issues.
- Train and guide staff to maintain quality and efficiency in their duties.
- Communicate daily updates and any concerns to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure all safety and service standards are followed at each site.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct routine checks to ensure that housekeeping and valet services meet company standards.
- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in supervising staff is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle fieldwork and travel between locations.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Note : Strictly its an onsite work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,517.06 - ₹22,000.00 per month
