**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented field officer to oversee the housekeeping staff across multiple locations. This on-site role requires managing staff attendance, ensuring all sites are fully staffed, conducting regular site visits, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage daily attendance of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all sites are adequately staffed and arrange immediate replacements for absentees.

**Site Operations Oversight**:

- Conduct regular visits to assigned sites to oversee housekeeping operations and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet company cleanliness standards.

**Training and Development**:

- Provide guidance and training to housekeeping staff to maintain quality and adherence to protocols.
- Reinforce company policies and ensure service standards are consistently met.

**Communication and Reporting**:

- Communicate daily updates, concerns, or operational needs to the Operations Manager.
- Provide regular reports on staff attendance, site performance, and any operational challenges.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct routine checks to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained at all sites.
- Address any service quality issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in supervising housekeeping operations or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to handle fieldwork and travel between multiple sites.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
