**Job Summary**:
As a Field Officer at BFMS Facility Management PVT LTD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of facilities under the company's purview. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating recruitment activities, and liaising with clients and on-site personnel to guarantee the smooth functioning of various facilities.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**1. Site Management**:

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess the condition of facilities.
- Oversee the implementation of planned maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients at designated sites.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**4. Coordination with Site Teams**:

- Collaborate with site team to schedule and plan the deployment onsite.
- Ensure that work schedules are completed on time and within client expectations.

**5. Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare detailed reports on site conditions, maintenance activities, and any incidents that may affect operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all site-related activities, including maintenance logs and inspection reports.

**6. Compliance and Safety**:

- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits to identify and address potential hazards.

**7. Budget Management**:

- Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets for assigned facilities.
- Identify cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of service.

**8. Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other field officers, supervisors, and support staff to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges, successes, and improvement opportunities.

**9. Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve issues promptly, using a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to mitigate future problems.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Integrated Facility Management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with facility management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
