**Role : Assistant Manager
- T& D**

**Department : Training**

**They assess the needs of a business and help by developing, facilitating and supervising training programs to enhance the effectiveness of the workforce**
- **Trainings for distributors** - Orientation programs, Motivational trainings, Sales & Leadership trainings **(12-13 Trainings)**
- **Required to travel 10-15 days in assigned territory, to conduct trainings seminars (Minimum Top 20 cities to be covered)**
- Coordination with concerned **ZSM/RSM & ASM** for the Training requirements &
need analysis and create a **training manuals and curriculum** to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals
- Implementation of effective and purposeful **training methods** with cost effective training budget.
- coordination and **follow-ups with sales and events team** for the setup and effective implementations of the training program
- Ensuring **timely and quality delivery of above trainings** and drive brand values and company’s vision & mission through all training and development activities
- Maintain cordial relationship with **distributors and leaders**
- Coordination with **IT team** for Upload/Updation of the **training schedule on website**
- **Making reports** of trainings with training effectiveness analysis
- Preparation of **training cost sheet and training expense reports**
- Accurate & timely submission of **training expenses and ticket sales **details, with

proper collection of Bills.

- **Technical/Functional Competencies**:_
- Excellent written, verbal and **interpersonal communication skills**
- Should be well versed with **MS Office** suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & excel) and related business and communication tools
- Familiar with **traditional and modern training** processes and approach
- Fluency in - **Hindi, Regional Language & English** is a Must
- Experience in **direct selling/Insurance/Pharma** will be an added advantage
- Should be willing to **travel 10-15 days** in a month

**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
