**Program Coordination**:

- Coordinate and implement educational programs and initiatives in alignment with the foundation's objectives.
- Collaborate with schools, teachers, and educational institutions to ensure effective program delivery.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, parents, and other key stakeholders.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide updates on program activities.
- **Training and Development**:

- Provide training and professional development opportunities for teachers and school staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions as needed.
- **Monitoring and Evaluation**:

- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation processes to assess the impact and effectiveness of educational programs.
- Collect and analyse data to measure program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- **Resource Management**:

- Manage resources efficiently, including budgets, materials, and personnel, to ensure the successful execution of programs.
- Work closely with the central office to secure funding and resources for district-level initiatives.
- **Community Outreach**:

- Engage with the local community to promote awareness of educational programs and foster community support.
- Collaborate with community organizations and leaders to enhance the foundation's reach and impact.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
