**Job Title: Field Mobilizer**
**Location**: Various Rural Districts, Odisha

**Job Type**: Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated Field Mobilizer to work across different rural districts of Odisha. The Field Mobilizer will be responsible for engaging with local communities, raising awareness about programs or initiatives, and ensuring active participation from rural populations. The role involves working closely with community leaders, stakeholders, and local organizations to implement programs, gather data, and facilitate communication between the community and project teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mobilize community members and facilitate participation in various programs and activities.
- Conduct awareness campaigns in rural areas to promote OSDA Training Programs and Job Opportunities.
- Coordinate with local leaders, NGOs, and government bodies to ensure smooth program implementation.
- Collect and report data from the field for program monitoring and evaluation.
- Identify and address challenges or concerns within the community, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
- Organize community meetings, training sessions, and workshops as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in community mobilization or grassroots work.
- Strong communication skills in both Odia and Hindi (knowledge of English is a plus).
- Ability to work in rural settings and travel frequently across districts.
- Passion for community development and helping rural populations.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience working with rural communities in Odisha.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in diverse cultural settings.
