**Role Description**

This is a full-time **Client Relations Coordinator role in the Publication industry**at Aimlay.

**CTC: 35000**

**Location: Rohini West (Walkable distance from Metro)**

**Qualifications**
- You will be responsible for managing relationships with clients in the publication industry.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, managing client accounts, and resolving any client issues.
- Prior experience in client relations or customer service roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong organization and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of the publication industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
