Job Title: Publication Desk Manager – Partner Relationship Management

Location: Rohini Office

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Minimum 3+ years in Publication & Vendor Management

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Publication Desk Manager to join our Partner Relationship Management team. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of Journal, Book, Patent, and Conference Certificate Publication, along with expertise in vendor onboarding, payment management, database handling, indexing, and due diligence. If you have strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven track record in publication workflow management, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Vendor Onboarding & Collaboration

Number of new vendor partnerships established per quarter

Average time taken to onboard a new vendor

Vendor compliance rate

  1. Vendor Payment Management

Payment accuracy rate (Minimize errors in vendor payments)

Turnaround time for invoice processing

Cost optimization achieved through vendor negotiations

  1. Database & Journal Vendor Coding Management

Accuracy rate in maintaining journal/vendor database

Timely updates and coding entries in publication tracking sheets

Compliance with indexing requirements and metadata accuracy

  1. Article Submission & Publication Workflow

Number of articles processed and published per month

% of submissions meeting publication quality standards

Reduction in rework due to non-compliance with journal guidelines

  1. Conference Certificate & Indexing Management

Timely delivery of conference certificates

Accuracy rate in certificate generation and indexing

Indexing success rate for conferences & publications

  1. Due Diligence & Risk Analysis

Number of risk assessments completed for new vendors

Percentage of flagged vendors due to compliance issues

Timely reporting of potential publication risks (Fraud detection, plagiarism, etc.)

  1. Client Relationship & Support

Client satisfaction score

Response time to client queries

Successful resolution of publication-related issues

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have: 3+ years of experience in Journal, Book, Patent, and Conference Publication

Strong knowledge of: Vendor onboarding, payment processing, database management, and indexing

Proficiency in: Google Sheets, MS Excel (for vendor coding & data analysis)

Experience in: Due diligence & risk analysis for vendors/publications

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
